MOU Signed between SFB and the University of Arizona (UA) in UA Shanghai Center

In the morning of 15^th November 2023, SFB delegation visited the University of Arizona (UA) Shanghai Center, with SFB delegation consisting of: Prof. Jianghui LIU, Dean of SFB SHNU; Prof. Zhouwei WANG, Associate Dean of SFB SHNU; Assoc. Prof. Yawei YAO, Associate Dean of SFB SHNU; Ms. Li TANG, Director of SFB International Affairs Department; Ms. Feifei SUN, Head of Admissions at SFB MBA Center. UA Shanghai Center team, including: Mr. Peter Zhang, Director of UA China Center; Ms. Fangjie HU, Director of UA Shanghai Center and other UA staff received SFB delegation. Representatives from the two sides signed "MOU on Cooperation of BS-MS Combined '3+1+1' Program in Marketing", and actively discussed the feasibility of cooperation in MBA Program between SFB and Eller College of Management, UA.

During the visit, Mr. Peter Zhang introduced UA to SFB delegation, with regard to UA's overview profile, education history, characteristics of operation, etc. And the two sides carried out extensive and in-depth dialogues on possibility of cooperation in various forms, such as MBA Program, summer study-abroad programs, faculty exchanges, international competitions and forums, and other activities.

Followingly, as representatives of the two sides, Prof. Jianghui LIU and Mr. Peter Zhang signed "MOU on Cooperation of BS-MS Combined '3+1+1' Program in Marketing", with a view to efficiently accomplish international cooperation, and to actively promote synergy between SHNU and UA.

The University of Arizona (UA), located in Tucson, Arizona, was founded in 1885. As one of Arizona State's flagship public universities and the state's first comprehensive university, UA is known as one of the "Public Ivies" in USA. In 2023, UA ranked 108^th in 2023 U.S. News "Best Global Universities Rankings", and 30^th in 2023 U.S. News "Best Business Programs in USA Rankings".
