招聘崗位:呼叫中心客服(法語和英語)
Responsibilities:
1. Receive customer calls, answer customers inquires and make the appointment for the applicants
2. Carefully check the documents collected and ask customers to provide supplemental materials that are required if needed
3. Collects the documents in right order and input necessary information into internal system accurately
4. Interviews the applicants; asks necessary questions and makes notes
5. Files and maintains the documents collected
6. Answer customers inquires
7. Support other positions when needed
8. Keep customers information confidential
9. Other tasks as required
Qualification:
1. College degree or above
2. Good command in English, French, German or Dutch
3. 1-2 years service-related working experience preferred, fresh but fast learning graduate accepted
4. Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate clearly & effectively is a must
5. Self-motivated, patient & professional
6. Strong sense of customer-focus, knowledge of customer service techniques & principle preferred
7. Responsibility and team work spirit; Detail-oriented & reliable.
8. Be able to work independently & multitask. capable to work under pressure
9. Other tasks as required
