伟德betvlctor体育官网全球創新資本研究院是一家緻力于推進官産學研與創新資本融合發展，推動科技金融、促進科技成果轉化、提升技術創新與轉移績效的高端智庫。中文名：伟德betvlctor体育官网全球創新資本研究院，外文名：Global Innovation Capital Research Institute of Shanghai Normal University中文簡稱：全球創新資本研究院，英文簡稱：GICRI。

研究院下設概念驗證中心，以支撐引領戰略性新興産業發展為目标，專注于新能源、新材料等領域核心科技成果産業化應用的概念驗證工作，主要服務于新一代電子信息行業、新能源、新材料、高性能合金及3D打印、粉末冶金等行業；同時還專業從事人工智能技術、大數據金融技術、電子商務技術、現代物流技術、智能會展技術、信用管理技術、釀酒、鑒酒技術、安全環保技術、石油勘探技術、石油工程技術、石油開發技術以及現代農業技術等先進技術的轉移轉化工作。

整合全球創新資本與官、産、學、研智力資源，推動科技金融、促進科技成果轉移轉化、提升戰略性新興産業技術創新與轉移績效。

3、重點研究領域

科技成果概念驗證與轉移轉化、私募股權與科技金融、技術工藝創新與應用、創新創業管理與政策、知識産權保護與布局、城市創新競争力與全球科創中心建設、創新創業培訓與孵化、中國彩票産業指數體系構建與創新。

4、具體事務

高校科技成果轉化體制與機制研究；科技成果轉化的概念驗證及其技術咨詢、技術轉讓、技術服務；全球創新資本與技術、企業、高新園區的對接和信息服務；創新創業培訓與孵化、新興中小企業管理者創業培訓、技術經理人培訓、各類技術培訓；中小企業技術轉移與創新資本運營；城市創新競争力政府決策咨詢；創新資本運營培訓與咨詢；知識産權戰略布局與運營。

5、組織架構與運行機制

設院長1人、執行院長1人，副院長4人，秘書長1人，負責研究院的日常管理事務。

       研究院将充分利用和整合聯合發起方的人力資源，積極發揮伟德betvlctor体育官网教師和研究生的作用，集聚國内外一流創新資本機構與各行各業專家學者共同參與，協同創新。采用專職和兼職相結合、雙聘或聯聘、首席專家等隊伍建設方式，激發研究團隊成員的積極性和創造性。探索小機構大網絡、制定綜合評價機制和退出機制，以重大重點項目為紐帶進行資源和人力配置，建立國際合作項目研發中心，積極推進以國際合作項目為核心的駐院工作機制，為首席專家配備科研助手，充分實現各發起和協作單位的優勢互補。

6、研究基礎和國際合作

全球創新資本研究院擁有數量經濟學、技術經濟及管理兩個碩士點、大數據實驗室、相關國内外數據庫。近三年來主持國家社會科學研究項目、國家自然科學研究項目、中國教育部人文社科研究項目、上海市政府決策咨詢項目25項，在SSCI和CSSCI學術刊物發表論文40餘篇，獲得上海市哲學社會科學優秀成果獎2項，出版學術專著3本。

       全球創新資本研究院與美國、法國、加拿大、以色列、日本和意大利等國家的高校，以及上海和長江三角地區的金融機構、創新創業高新園區和中小企業保持良好的長期合作互動關系。并積極與全球創新資本合作，促進科技創新和技術轉移；邀請國外大學合作開展科技成果轉化、創新創業研究項目和風險投資、技術經理人等培訓項目。

        1. Organization Introduction

The GICRI (Global Innovation Capital Research Institute) of Shanghai Normal University is a new type of college think tank for study in the fields of financial technology innovations and entrepreneurship. GICRI aims to strengthen the collaboration between industry-college research and Private Equity, promote financial technology innovations and enhance performance transfer.

Institute consists of Conceptual Verification Center, to support the leading strategic emerging industry development as the goal, focus on new energy, new materials in areas such as the core of scientific and technological achievements industrialization application of the concept of validation work, mainly in the service of a new generation of electronic information industry, new energy, new materials, high performance alloy and 3 d printing, powder metallurgy and other industries; Also specialized is engaged in the artificial intelligence technology, large data financial technology, e-commerce technology, modern logistics technology, intelligent exhibition, credit management, wine, wine technology, safety and environmental protection technology, oil exploration technology, petroleum engineering technology, the development of technology and the transfer of advanced technology such as modern agricultural technologies into work.

    4. Specific transaction

Research on the system and mechanism of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities; Proof-of-concept of transformation of scientific and technological achievements and technical consultation, technology transfer and technical services; Global innovative capital and technology, enterprises, high-tech park docking and information services; Innovation and entrepreneurship training and incubation, entrepreneurship training for managers of emerging small and medium-sized enterprises, technical manager training, various kinds of technical training; Technology transfer and innovative capital operation of small and medium-sized enterprises; Government decision-making consultation on urban innovation competitiveness; Innovation capital operation training and consultation; Intellectual property strategy layout and operation.

    5. Organizational structure and operation mechanism

There are 1 dean, 1 executive dean, 3 vice presidents and 1 secretary general, responsible for the daily management of the institute.

The institute will make full use of and integrate the human resources of the co-sponsors, give full play to the role of teachers and postgraduates of the business school of Shanghai normal university, gather the domestic and foreign first-class innovation capital institutions and experts and scholars from all walks of life to participate in collaborative innovation. The combination of full-time and part-time, double or joint recruitment, chief experts and other team building methods will be adopted to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of research team members. By exploring large networks of small agency, formulate comprehensive evaluation and exit mechanism, allocating resources and manpower allocation with major key projects as links, setting up international cooperation project research and development center, actively promoting international cooperation projects as the core of working mechanism in hospital, ]and equipped with scientific assistants for chief experts, initiated and cooperative unit of complementary advantages can be fully realized.

6.Research Basis and International Cooperation

      GICRI offers two full-time master programs in Quantitative Economics and Technical economy and management. GICRI owns a big data lab and has access to domestic and foreign databases of relevant research area. As leading research team, GICRI has conducted 25 projects including national social science research project, national natural science research project, humanities and social science research projects of Chinese Ministry of Education and decision-making consulting project of Shanghai municipal governmentin the past three years. The research team published 3 books and over 40 papers in SSCI and CSSCI journals, received two outstanding achievement awards of Shanghai’s philosophy and social sciences.

     GICRI maintains long-term cooperative interactions with universities in the United States, France, Canada, Israel, Japan, and Italy, as well as strong partnerships with financial institutions, innovation and entrepreneurship parks and small and medium-sized enterprises in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region.

GICRI also cooperate with global innovation capital to promote technological innovation and technology transfer; invite foreign universities to cooperate in research projects on transformation of scientific and technological achievements, innovation and entrepreneurship projects, and training programs for venture capital and technical managers.
